Quantuvis is a healthcare IT company dedicated to helping companies save time, reduce errors, and improve revenue/profitability through improved processes, accuracy, and business intelligence. The company was founded by serial healthcare entrepreneur, Lisa Bair. Decades of experience in working with payers and pharmaceutical manufacturers indicated a significant gap in the efficiency of procurement processes, most notably the rebate contracting RFP process. Quantuvis has assembled a team of industry experts to solve these problems and allow both payers and pharmaceutical manufacturers to concentrate less on the manual transaction and more on delivering mutually beneficial value-add solutions.
Team members have held leadership roles at some of the nation's largest and most influential payers, including large health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, benefit consulting firms, and alternate care sites. In addition, several individuals on the team offer expertise with pharmaceutical manufacturers and benefit consultant industry leaders as well as medical marketing and market research experience.
Lisa B. Bair founded Quantuvis in February of 2013, while CEO of Hobart Group Holdings. After over a decade of working in the payer/pharma environment, Lisa became passionate about building technology solutions to bridge the gap between payer and pharma interactions.
Lisa founded The Hobart Group in 2003, which under her decade of leadership grew to be the largest payer agency in the United States, working with twelve of the top twenty pharma companies in the world to develop managed care strategies and communications for todays top branded drugs. Hobart Group Holdings comprised of The Hobart Group, a NJ healthcare agency, Hobart Forte located in New York City, Hobart Core out of Chicago, and Hobart Innovations, focused on proprietary data offerings in the managed care arena. In 2013, Lisa sold Hobart Group Holdings to pursue the identified market needs that Quantuvis will bring to the healthcare industry.
Before founding Hobart, Lisa held various leadership positions in healthcare agencies including Grey Healthcare Group and Lowe McAdams.
Lisa began her healthcare career as a sales rep for Syntex Laboratories in both the OB/GYN and hospital sales divisions.
In 2010, Lisa was named by Ernst and Young as one of the top women entrepreneurs in the US. The Hobart Group also won various awards as top women led company in New Jersey, and best places to work in New Jersey.
Lisa received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing, with a minor in Advertising from Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
Tom Telly is Executive Vice President, Sales at Quantuvis, where he leads the Sales Team and is involved in product development/enhancement. He is a registered pharmacist with over 20 years of leadership and management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, health plans, and pharmacy benefits management. This broad experience base enabled him to assist organizations in healthcare cost management, increasing profitability, risk mitigation, and in creating new value through the development of innovative strategies. These strategies positioned organizations to exceed financial targets, access goals and future needs in the management of health outcomes and quality.
Prior to joining Quantuvis, Tom was Senior Vice President of Industry Relations for Optum Rx. There he had 7 years of experience encompassing progressively expanding leadership roles. He pioneered strategy development in pharmacy management, which included drug/program evaluation, manufacturer relations, negotiations and contracting for all of the pharmaceutical industry.
His primary accountabilities included leadership and strategy development for the Part D Business Team and the Pharmaceutical Contracting Team managing over an $18 billion drug budget. This included responsibly for all aspects of formulary development, product evaluation and benefit design strategies to provide an affordable drug benefit while limiting risk for clients and their members.
Prior to joining Optum Rx, Tom had over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry holding a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. His last 14 years were dedicated to leadership and account management in managed markets along with employers/coalitiations and labor unions. His previous employers include Rite Aid Corporation, Schering-Plough and Yamanouchi/Astellas Pharmaceuticals.
Tom received his Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He most recently completed Lean Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt training. In addition, he completed executive leadership training programs at the Kellogg School of Management and the Harvard School of Executive Management.
Jason Lohman is the Vice President of Business Development at Quantuvis. His primary responsibilities are product development, external vendor management and client account management. Jason has 14 years of experiences across the healthcare and insurances industries helping his employers and customers assess critical needs and develop products and strategies that lower costs, increase customer satisfaction, increase profitability, and grow market share.
Prior to joining Quantuvis, Jason gained 10 years of healthcare and managed markets experience where he was most recently the Senior Director of Health Plan Client Pricing and Account Management at Medco Health Solutions. In this position, he had full internal P & L underwriting responsibility for 29 health plan clients. He was responsible for pharmacy benefit consultation, constructing pricing offers, and upsell of value-add services. His clients included national insurance companies, regional managed care providers, Blue Cross Blue Shield, PBMs, mail order, rebate only, employers, unions, and OPM plans across commercial, specialty, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and workers compensation.
Prior to joining Medco Health Solutions, Jason worked in Life and Disability Underwriting at Prudential Financial, where he priced group insurance for large national clients.
Jason received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
